Job Description

Summary:
The Program Manager leads multiple HVAC/automation projects from deal closure to final delivery. This role manages cross‑functional teams, drives execution, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains full control of scope, schedule, budget, and profitability. Acts as the primary customer contact and internal champion, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end project execution after deal closure, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met. Direct, guide, and motivate multi‑disciplinary project teams; hold team members accountable for results. Act as the single point of contact for customers on operational matters. Manage customer relationships jointly with Account Managers; ensure high customer satisfaction. Coach and mentor project team members; support continuous development through regular discussions. Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and overall program profitability. Prepare, document, and communicate scope changes in collaboration with Account Management. Develop mid‑ to long‑term program strategies aligned with commercial and operational goals. Lead all customer communication, milestone reviews, lessons learned, and end‑of‑contract decommissioning. Ensure strong internal and external governance; maintain clear alignment across all stakeholders. Act as the customer advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. Use strong cross‑functional relationships to drive execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality. Track KPIs, monitor progress, escalate issues early, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Navigate ambiguity, challenge status quo, and drive process improvements.
Required Experience:
5-10 years of experience in Project or Program Management. Strong background in HVAC, building automation, industrial automation, or technical project delivery. Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams in a matrix environment. Experience handling customer‑facing programs with complex technical requirements. Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, and profitability. Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus (optional). Mandatory Skills /

Up to $40.00 per hour
