- to take ownership of our facilities located in Eugene, Oregon.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facility & Infrastructure Operations
- + Oversee comprehensive facility management including building infrastructure, specialized equipment, and systems + Lead space planning initiatives by analyzing occupancy and space utilization + Coordinate construction projects and facility improvements with project management and contractor staff + Performs small facilities management tasks as necessary
- Project & Budget Management
- + Plan and coordinate day-to-day operations, budgets, and schedules + Review costs, productivity, and service delivery methods to maintain operational efficiency
- Vendor & Contract Management
- + Establish and manage service contracts, ensuring vendors meet performance standards + Coordinate with landlords and tenants on shared building matters
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- + Partner with Procurement, EH&S, and other departments to align support services with operational needs + Communicate effectively across departments to balance operational requirements with quality standards, timelines, and compliance
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization + Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and process workflows
