Klamath Falls, OR Full-TimeOn-Site$130,000 - $160,000 /yr Posted March 20, 2026 Senior Civil Engineer/Regional Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer/Regional Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee civil engineering projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. This position will be responsible for ensuring project success, maintaining client relationships, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and satisfaction. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, utilizing advanced engineering principles and practices. Prepare and review engineering reports, designs, and documentation. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting purposes when necessary. Implement best practices in environmental engineering to enhance project sustainability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in environmental engineering is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
