Quality Management System Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and SPC activities Manage customer and internal quality issues through 8D and root cause analysis Monitor and improve scrap, rework, customer complaints and PPM Lead internal, external and customer quality audits Manage supplier quality and corrective action activities Lead MRB reviews and resolution of nonconforming material Act as the primary customer contact for quality issues Develop quality training and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 5+ years' quality leadership experience within automotive or

Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and SPC Strong 8D, root cause analysis and corrective action experience Knowledge of CMMs, manual gauges and precision inspection equipment Proven experience leading Quality Engineers and Inspectors Strong customer, supplier and cross-functional communication skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality or related discipline preferred Benefits $100,000
