Job Description

The Quality Manager is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production. Oversees testing of processes and products. Makes day-to-day decisions regarding the procedures and/or policies regarding quality standards. What You'll Do Regulatory agency audits including interpretation and implementation of requirements. Customer Audits and Customer Support. Supervision of facility Quality Engineers and supporting staff. Management of 8D problem solving process. Internal audits to all applicable standards and codes. Implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar engineering degree is required. 5+ years' experience as a Quality Engineer. 2+ years' experience as Quality Manager with responsibilities supervising Quality Engineers and managing quality system and regulatory/customer audits. Experience working on customer issue management (claims) including root cause, corrective action, and communication with customers is required. ISO 9001, quality management system is required. Experience working in a matrix environment is highly desirable.
