NPC is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven leader to join our team as Vice President of Growth Strategy. This executive-level position will play a key role in identifying and advancing opportunities that support organizational growth, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to our long-term mission and success. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking professional who enjoys building relationships, exploring new opportunities, evaluating market trends, and helping shape strategic direction. This role works closely with executive leadership to identify areas for growth, assess emerging opportunities, and support the development of initiatives that create value for the organization and the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry contacts. Monitor market trends and emerging business opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning efforts. Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions. Develop and present recommendations for future growth initiatives. Represent the organization in professional and industry settings. Qualifications Significant leadership experience in business development, strategy, operations, partnerships, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience identifying and evaluating new business opportunities. Ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities.
