Project Manager Responsibilities Include:

Ability to ascertain scope of work Provide engineering support work to pipeline, compressor stations, launchers, receivers, dehydration stations and all other piping projects Coordinate and mange subcontractors Project scheduling Coordinate weekly project meetings Closely monitor costs, measure performance against the estimate and baseline forecast, and provide cost to complete monthly forecasts Provide solutions to issues that arise on ongoing basis Work effectively with Project Superintendent and Project Team Ability to understand project plans Management of change order process Proficient in material take off and bid process including estimating and purchasing process Maintain and provide all required documentation as requested

Qualifications:

4 Year degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred) 3 Years in Construction Project Management related field Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment Work effectively with both customers and internal Project Management team and represent Appellation Construction Services in a professional manner at all times Excellent communication skills Technical writing skills Strong work ethic Effective time management and prioritization skills
