Job Description

Electrical Department Manager Overview Lead the Electrical team that drives safe, high-quality engineering and drafting support across field and fabrication offices. As an Electrical Department Manager , you'll oversee engineers and designers, apply advanced engineering expertise to support complex projects, and coordinate major program deliverables—from planning and scheduling to technical reviews and compliance. You'll also represent the company in key interactions with PMs, clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others, while leading project meetings and presentations. Required Skills 10+ years of engineering experience , including 2+ years of engineering supervisory experience BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (required) Professional Engineer (PE) License (required) In-depth experience with industry standards and codes , including NFPA, IEEE, and API Working background in construction methods and best practices Knowledge of project management terms, metrics, and procedures Experience with delegating work and work planning across multiple responsibilities Strong computer skills , including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Ability to support occasional overtime and travel Nice to Have Skills MS degree (preferred) Preferred Education and Experience Preferred education: MS in Engineering Minimum experience: 10+ years engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory engineering role Other Requirements Must actively support the company's commitment to safety and Core Values Must adhere to the company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Occasional overtime and travel may be required Take the next step and bring your leadership, technical depth, and standards expertise to our Electrical team— apply now to join a role where your impact is both measurable and meaningful.
