Header Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive process improvements, oversee manufacturing projects, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing our production facilities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to support our growth. Header Responsibilities Lead manufacturing engineering initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple facilities. Manage project scheduling, ensuring timely execution of process improvement projects and new product launches. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing effective corrective actions using tools like Six Sigma and industrial troubleshooting techniques. Oversee CAD design activities utilizing AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and other CAD software for tooling, fixtures, and process layouts. Program and maintain industrial automation systems including robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), vision inspection systems, and industrial equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, production, tooling, fabrication, and supply chain to streamline processes.
