6-month contract-to-hire A growing UAV manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support technical projects, schedules and customer communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys drones, hands-on work and the energy of a growing startup environment. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to keep projects moving, coordinate schedules and support customers. The company recently opened a production facility and is continuing to grow, making this a great chance to join early and make an impact. Responsibilities Coordinate technical projects from planning through completion Create and maintain project schedules, milestones and deliverables Partner with engineering, production and leadership teams Communicate project updates and needs directly with customers Provide hands-on project support as needed Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-growing manufacturing environment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Project management, project engineering or project coordination experience Experience with project scheduling and timelines Interest or experience with drones, UAVs or UAS Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working onsite in a hands-on startup environment U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR regulations Preferred Qualifications Aerospace, aviation, robotics or advanced-manufacturing experience MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera or similar scheduling tools Customer-facing technical experience Startup or high-growth company experience
