Our client is currently seeking a Vice President, Electrical Services Vice President, Electrical Services Position Summary We are seeking an experienced executive to lead a growing Electrical Services Division. This role is responsible for overall business performance, operational leadership, strategic planning, project delivery, financial performance, and team development. The successful candidate will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence while leading estimating, project management, and field operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of division operations, including estimating, project management, and execution.

Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives and business plans.

Manage divisional financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and industry partners.

Ensure successful project delivery, quality standards, and safety performance.

Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Required 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the electrical construction industry.

Proven success leading operations, project execution, and business development initiatives.

Strong financial, operational, and people leadership capabilities.

Extensive knowledge of electrical construction, estimating, and project management.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.

Industry certifications such as PMP, PE, or similar credentials. Ideal Candidate Strategic and growth-oriented leader.

Strong business acumen and operational expertise.

Proven ability to lead large teams and complex projects.

Effective communicator and relationship builder.

Passion for developing people and driving organizational success.

Work Environment & Travel Hybrid work flexibility based on business needs.

Travel to customer sites, project locations, and company offices as required.
