Job Description
The purpose of the Co-Pack position is to pick, pull, and pack orders daily and to ensure that packing specifications are met. Responsibilities 5S - Standards and Housekeeping Examine and inspect containers, material and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met in preparation to be forwarded to the shipping area. Counts products and materials. Affixes labels, tickets or tags Maintain Baseline productivity goals daily Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to maintain high level of accuracy Ability to perform work in a highly organized and color-coded environment Ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization Ability to work without supervision. Excellent teamwork skills Ability to read labels and numbers Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor Education/Experience Prior warehouse experience, preferred.
