items to pursue. Managing current IDOT Phase I and II engineering projects as well as County and Municipal Transportation projects. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with business objectives. What You'll Bring to the

Table Licensure:

Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain

Education:

A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering is preferred)

Experience:

10+ years of experience working on IDOT roadway and bridge design projects, and managing/mentoring civil engineering staff

• Hybrid schedule is available Software skills: Microsoft 365, MicroStation/Open Roads and Adobe (AutoCAD Civil 3D beneficial)
