As a Design Management Professional , you'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Design Management Professional in our Pacific Northwest region who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. This is a remote position. We are looking for people passionate about project design delivery in the following areas: > Servant leader to the project team. Create conditions supportive of team well-being. Guide and facilitate to establish integrated, coordinated workflow. Ensure the team can focus and be productive. Keep attention on continually improving how we do what we do. > Guide the team in the development of their plan to complete the project and hold authority over that plan. Lead schedule problem-solving. Facilitate holistic, reliable, and achievable plans to deliver complete and coordinated work. Communicate the team's plan, constraints, and help needed to stakeholders. Negotiate on behalf of the team. Know the status of all work. > Work within a coherent production system and work coordination routines. Utilize and improve production systems that serve the team. Ensure their effective use. Engage performers, discipline leads, project leadership, and discipline management for enrollment, encouragement, and directives to engage effectively in planning. Lead recurring planning sessions and Daily Check-ins. Facilitate scope breakdown and work-structuring to enable a coordinated flow of small multidiscipline batches of work. Guide the team and leadership in the prioritization of work. Respond with agility to evolving project needs. > Integrate stakeholders, including Trade Partners, into the design process: Coordinate trade constructability engagement with design. If trades are performing design, ensure that their work satisfies next-customer needs and that trade commitments are managed. > Responsible for technical quality assurance and control. Ensure that required reviews occur and are documented, and that appropriate registered professionals stamp work. Always move the team toward building quality into the work. Responsible for package ownership and production, deliverables issuance, and coordinating documentation. Manage preparation, facilitation, and adjudication of customer design reviews. Prepare meeting notes. Work with design disciplines and design partners to forecast staffing needs, resolve staffing gaps, and forecast effort to complete. Lead scope and cost change management. Prepare and negotiate changes. Your keen ability to handle complex design challenges and communicate effectively will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline or 10 years of Industrial Advanced Technology experience in design Minimum 7 years of experience in managing projects or relevant experience related to industrial semiconductor facilities Ideally, you'll also have: Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) registration Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden the knowledge base Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams Experience with the design of hazardous chemicals and gases used in semiconductor fabs

Minimum 119,800.00Posted Salary Range:

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $119,800.00 to $164,800.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
