Electrical Project Manager About Us We are one of the nation's premier electrical contractors, delivering complex, mission-critical projects across the United States. Our expertise spans hyperscale data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, healthcare, commercial, and industrial markets. As we continue to expand our data center division, we are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager with a proven track record managing large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning. Position Summary The Electrical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, financial management, and successful delivery of mission-critical hyperscale data center projects. This individual will oversee project teams, coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience managing electrical scopes exceeding $20M on hyperscale data center projects and demonstrates strong leadership, technical expertise, and client relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, commissioning, and turnover activities. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards. Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineering firms, and field leadership teams. Financial Management Manage project P&L, cash flow, forecasting, and cost controls. Analyze and report project performance metrics, productivity, and financial health. Review and approve change orders, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders. Identify opportunities to improve project profitability and operational efficiency. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, developers, and project stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale clients and strategic partners. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates regarding budget, schedule, and project milestones. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Team Leadership Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projects. Safety & Quality Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety programs. Partner with field leadership to achieve project safety goals. Ensure quality control processes are implemented and maintained throughout project execution. Preconstruction & Procurement Participate in estimating reviews, constructability analysis, and value engineering efforts. Support procurement of major electrical equipment including: Medium-voltage switchgear Power distribution equipment Generators UPS systems Busway systems Data center electrical infrastructure Manage long-lead equipment schedules and vendor relationships. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 7+ years of project management experience in electrical construction. Minimum 3+ years managing hyperscale data center projects. Experience managing electrical projects valued at $20M+.
Strong knowledge of:
Medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems Mission-critical infrastructure Power distribution systems Electrical commissioning processes NEC and applicable electrical codes Proven success managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Microsoft Project Primavera P6
