Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide day-to-day support to our Water Mitigation and Construction departments. This is a phone-heavy administrative position that will work closely with the Lead Administrator for each department. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers, staying organized, handling multiple tasks throughout the day, and jumping in wherever administrative support is needed. This position will handle a variety of responsibilities, with daily tasks changing based on the needs of each department.
Schedule Hours:
8 AM - 5 PM Monday-Saturday and Monday-Thursday rotating schedule
Example:
Week 1: Monday-Saturday | Week 2: Monday-Thursday | Continue alternating weekly. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and other contacts as needed Take accurate messages and ensure calls and requests are directed to the appropriate person Assist the Lead Administrators with day-to-day administrative responsibilities Complete administrative tasks and projects delegated by department leadership Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances Assist with payment and account-related follow-up Enter, update, and maintain information in company systems Assist with paperwork, filing, documentation, scheduling, and other office tasks Help keep information organized and ensure administrative items are completed accurately and on time Provide general administrative support to both the Water Mitigation and Construction departments Take initiative to help with tasks that keep the office and departments running smoothly Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous office, administrative, customer service, or similar experience preferred Excellent communication and phone skills Professional, friendly, and comfortable speaking with customers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities throughout the day Comfortable taking direction and completing delegated tasks independently Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software Dependable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with customers and sensitive information Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being busy, is comfortable on the phone, stays organized, and doesn't mind wearing a lot of different hats . You should be someone who can take direction from the Lead Administrators, follow through on assigned tasks, and communicate effectively with customers and the team. This is not a strictly repetitive administrative position. The day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the Water Mitigation and Construction departments , making flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to help especially important. Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or a related industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person .
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
