Role Overview We're hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale analytics, reporting, and enterprise data initiatives for a growing retail organization. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs that support data-driven decision making across the company. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing teams together, managing complex programs, and helping organizations improve how they use analytics and enterprise data. What Youll Be Doing Lead enterprise-wide analytics and data platform programs from planning through delivery Partner with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap development, dependency management, and capacity planning Monitor program milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall progress Manage Epic creation, review, tracking, and status reporting Provide clear executive-level updates and stakeholder communications Support Agile delivery practices alongside Scrum and Product teams Help improve program governance, planning processes, and cross-functional collaboration Coordinate initiatives involving reporting platforms, analytics solutions, and enterprise data capabilities Work with leadership teams to ensure data and reporting programs align with business goals Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED

Expected Start:

November 2026 Must be able to work standard business hours and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements Must-Have 6+ years of Program Management experience leading complex technology, analytics, data, or reporting initiatives Experience supporting Enterprise Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting organizations Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments Experience with quarterly planning, roadmaps, dependency management, and program execution Experience managing Epics, program tracking, and stakeholder reporting Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Proven success leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Nice to Have Retail industry experience Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments Familiarity with MicroStrategy or similar business intelligence platforms Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based data platforms Experience helping organizations mature Agile processes and delivery frameworks Work Authorization Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $62.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
