Job Description

All West Communications is seeking a strategic and analytical Network Planner to identify, evaluate, and prioritize fiber network expansion opportunities across existing and new service areas. This role uses GIS analysis, financial modeling, construction estimating, and market research to guide investment decisions and drive broadband growth. What You'll Do Evaluate fiber expansion opportunities including subdivisions, neighborhoods, municipalities, MDUs, and commercial developments. Analyze GIS, parcel, and customer data to identify growth opportunities. Estimate construction requirements, material quantities, and project costs. Develop financial models to assess Cost per Passing (CPP), ROI, and project viability. Create data-driven business cases and present recommendations to leadership. Lead planning review meetings and prioritize future construction projects. Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams. Maintain forecasting, reporting, and capital planning metrics. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, GIS, Planning, Business, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in telecommunications planning, fiber deployment, OSP engineering, GIS, or network design. Proficiency with GIS software such as ArcGIS or QGIS. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation abilities. Experience with FTTH planning and fiber construction estimating preferred. Why Join All West? Pay:
$59,383.75 - $65,000.00 per year
