An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Job Description
- Independently develop and manage program charters including scope, timelines, OKRs, resource planning, risks, and dependencies.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, breaking initiatives into discrete phases with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Build trusted relationships with UX, Product, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Coordinate and drive execution across Gaming, Teens, XR, and YouTube Create initiatives.
- Manage program escalations and ensure alignment among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and optimize program team roles, responsibilities, and operating processes.
- Provide operational leadership and continuity during a temporary coverage period.
- Drive visibility, communication, and reporting for key UX programs and portfolio initiatives Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related roles.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create program plans, track dependencies, and drive execution against timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with UX, Product, Engineering, or Technology teams.
- Ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting UX, Design, Product, or Technology organizations.
- Familiarity with mobile applications, creator tools, gaming, social media, or emerging technology experiences.
- Experience defining OKRs, resource planning, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. What's in this Program Manager position for you?

Pay Details:
