Full Job Description Duties Include:

The candidate will work with takeoffs, create project submittals, coordinate the shipment of materials and handle all field related technical questions post delivery. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for the "health" of their accounts in regards to collection issues, inventory issues, and stocking programs. This is a hybrid role that will begin on a remote basis. In the future, we anticipate transitioning to a schedule that includes working from our Franklin, TN office 2-3 days per week.

Position Requirements :

Project management experience preferred. Blue print reading experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills both written and oral. 1-2 Years work experience in a customer service related role. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail accuracy. Ability to identify and manage risk. Strong people and negotiation skills. Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
