Job Description

The Opportunity:
Ready to accelerate your career trajectory? We are staffing for two mission-critical Process Control Manager roles to support a leading digital infrastructure partner. We are looking for experts who thrive in ambiguity and can transform complex, fragmented workflows into a single, streamlined operational standard. Currently, regional engineering and construction teams operate with significant variances, often executing the same steps differently. We are hiring two highly collaborative process leaders to operate as a unified team. Together, you will navigate these regional differences, build consensus among diverse leaders, and design a single, standardized lifecycle process that the entire organization will adopt. The Roles You will work in tandem to map and unify the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all prerequisites and handoffs align perfectly between early and late stages. Role 1 (Front-End Focus): Own and drive process standardization from RFP and Engineering through Permitting. Role 2 (Back-End Focus): Own and drive process standardization from Permit Issuance through Construction, Standards, and Project Closeout. Focus on IMPACT (Core Deliverables) You will not just document steps; you will drive collaborative innovation. The ultimate outcome of this partnership will be:
The Unified Standard:
A comprehensive, agreed-upon process document that aligns all regional directors and teams under one way of operating.
The Training Foundation:
A clear, actionable onboarding document to train all new hires on the standardized workflow.
The Digital Roadmap:
A forward-looking process architecture that dictates and drives future internal tool development.
What You Bring Process Architecture Expertise:
Proven ability to draft large-scale process flows and identify efficiencies across complex infrastructure deployments.
Strategic Leadership:
The ability to step into ambiguous situations with little direction, establish calm, and drive progress.
Collaborative Influence:
Exceptional skill in navigating conflicting regional methods (e.g., East Coast vs. West Coast engineering teams) and guiding diverse leaders toward a single preferred method.
Systems Thinking:
A deep understanding of how early-stage project data (RFP/Permitting) feeds into and impacts late-stage execution (Construction/Closeout).
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Benefits:
Health insurance
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Golden, CO 80401
