  • Architecture Engineering Bring Designs to Life Through Precision, Problem-Solving, and Collaboration Are you detail-driven, technically strong, and ready to play a key role in turning concepts into reality? We're looking for a Spec II
  • Architecture Engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of design, construction, and project coordination.
In this role, you'll collaborate across disciplines—architecture, mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural—to help deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and making a visible impact on real projects, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Review and manage change orders , ensuring accuracy and identifying ways to prevent future issues Provide technical support for remodels, takeovers, and specialty projects , keeping documentation clear and up to date Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project changes and deliver solutions Interpret construction documents, materials, and codes to support effective project execution Assist in developing fixture plans, scopes of work, and engineering concepts Support and mentor team members, including assisting with AutoCAD training Respond quickly to inquiries from landlords, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs through value engineering Use tools like AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze data and present clear, actionable insights Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities What You Bring Experience managing or supporting multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of construction documents and building systems Ability to interpret plans, identify issues, and provide practical solutions Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and outcomes What Sets You Apart Experience in the retail or commercial building environment A natural problem-solver who enjoys tackling technical challenges A collaborative, team-first attitude Why You'll Love Working Here Make a real impact

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00
  • $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
