In this role, you'll collaborate across disciplines—architecture, mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural—to help deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects. What You'll Do Review and manage change orders , ensuring accuracy and identifying ways to prevent future issues Provide technical support for remodels, takeovers, and specialty projects , keeping documentation clear and up to date Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project changes and deliver solutions Interpret construction documents, materials, and codes to support effective project execution Assist in developing fixture plans, scopes of work, and engineering concepts Support and mentor team members, including assisting with AutoCAD training Respond quickly to inquiries from landlords, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs through value engineering Use tools like AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze data and present clear, actionable insights Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities What You Bring Experience managing or supporting multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of construction documents and building systems Ability to interpret plans, identify issues, and provide practical solutions Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and outcomes What Sets You Apart Experience in the retail or commercial building environment A natural problem-solver who enjoys tackling technical challenges A collaborative, team-first attitude Why You'll Love Working Here Make a real impact
