Hours:
40.0 Responsibilities Lead transportation planning and design teams, overseeing delivery of infrastructure projects that affect community mobility. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality; proactively resolve technical, schedule, and financial issues as they arise. Develop and sustain trusted relationships with public and private sector clients, including state agencies and local municipalities. Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and marketing activities. Provide mentorship and professional development to staff within a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment. Navigate complex public processes and obtain municipal approvals for transportation infrastructure projects. Participate in professional organizations and community activities to maintain visibility within the industry. Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field 15+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering Active Professional Engineering (PE) license 5+ years of project management experience Financial acumen with hands-on experience using dashboards, metrics, and data-driven performance management Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards Track record of business development success in the transportation sector Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation experience preferred System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
