Forvia Hella is seeking our next great Vice President - Components to join our growing product team. The primary function of this role is to provide leadership, market vision, and regional financial ownership for a dynamic and diverse product portfolio. This individual will be joining a well established and global team that is heavily involved in next generation automotive initiatives.

Responsibilities Lead the Product Center components portfolio, including strategy, development, industrialization, and lifecycle management of energy management solutions. Own full P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and strategic investments. Define and execute product and market strategies aligned with industry trends in electrification, energy efficiency, smart power distribution, and software-defined vehicles. Serve as the executive interface to key OEM customers, leading acquisition activities, product placement, RFQs, and strategic partnerships. Oversee regional programs, ensuring excellence in quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction. Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, preferably within a Tier-1 supplier environment. Proven track record of managing complex technology portfolios with full P&L responsibility. Strong expertise in automotive components, electronics, electromechanical systems, or related technologies. Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, product placement, market development, and profitable business growth. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; MBA preferred. Why Forvia Hella?
