Purpose of the Position The VP of Quality & Commissioning (VP QCx) is the executive lead responsible for the operational integrity, technical performance, and handover excellence of Beale's global portfolio. This role is accountable for ensuring that every asset we deliver meets rigorous uptime requirements and is fully optimized from Day 1. The VP provides the high-level strategy and organizational design for the QCx department. You serve as the primary executive-level bridge between tenant technical requirements and field-level commissioning execution. You are responsible for building a world-class internal team and a strategic network of third-party partners to ensure "Right First Time " delivery across all mission-critical projects.
