- . The position will lead delivery for a variety of highway bridges, rail and transit structures, and other structural engineering professional services located in our
- Lawrenceville, NJ
- Office. The following locations will also be considered:
- Morristown, NJ.
- In this senior role, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality structural engineering services to public sector clients, including
NJDOT, NJTA, NJ
Transit and numerous Counties and MPOs while coordinating with other local and national business line leaders for the pursuit and delivery of structural engineering services in other business lines including transit and rail, tolling and mobility solutions, and multi-modal; and aviation-based transportation improvements. The role will require providing technical excellence and leadership within the New Jersey and surrounding areas to ensure structural engineering subject matter, technical deliverables, infrastructure projects and programs are delivered with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry and company standards for design, safety, and functionality. Responsible for innovation and administration, ensuring corporate compliance with all Local, State, and Federal engineering, construction, and safety regulations, and providing pragmatic direction to address current and future challenges in a rapidly changing and complex business climate. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum in-office attendance of 3 days per week.- Your Impact

- Required Qualifications
- + Minimum of 12 years of experience with a college degree or equivalent experience with a strong focus in engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and/or project management/project delivery.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Strong experience in delivering project for NJDOT, NJTA, and NJ Transit including strong working relationships with key staff at each of these agencies.

Expected Salary (all locations): $174,400 - $259,100 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
