3+ years of growth/marketing/revenue leadership within the SaaS space We are a high-growth technology platform specializing in digital privacy, security, and performance optimization for over 100 million users globally. As the VP of Growth, you won't just be setting high-level strategy; you will be the primary architect of a unified growth "playbook" that ships daily. Your mission is to take our release cadence from once a week to once a day, optimizing every touchpoint in the consumer journey across our entire portfolio of brands.
Core Responsibilities High-Velocity Production:
Own the end-to-end production of all growth assets (emails, landing pages, checkout flows, and upsell sequences). You are responsible for unblocking the pipeline and ensuring a daily shipping cadence. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own the full-funnel ecommerce experience. Lead aggressive A/B and multivariate testing across pricing pages, cart flows, and renewal automation to maximize RPU (Revenue Per User).
Lifecycle & Email Mastery:
Directly manage the email channel (preferably via Braze) to drive retention and LTV through sophisticated, triggered behavioral programs and segmentation.
Technical Leadership:
Build a culture of "sprint-based" experimentation. You are equally comfortable writing a creative brief, reviewing session recordings, or partnering with engineering to remove friction in payment UX.
Portfolio Scaling:
Develop a standardized growth "playbook" that can be rapidly deployed across newly acquired brands, ensuring CAC/LTV ratios are optimized from day one. Your Background 8+ years in Growth, eCommerce or Digital Marketing within a B2C SaaS or subscription model with the last 3 spent in leadership Proven ability to drive high-velocity production and daily experiment shipping. Expert in full-funnel A/B testing, from landing pages to checkout and renewal. Deep technical proficiency in Braze, CMS platforms, and product analytics. End-to-end ownership of email, retention, and automated behavioral messaging. Advanced focus on optimizing unit economics, specifically LTV, CAC, and RPU. Why Join Us?
