Salary:

Civil Project Manager:

Experience target : 5-10+ years site development / land development design + project management.

Must-haves :

Strong Civil 3D (grading, utilities, site design), permitting experience, ability to run projects and interface with clients/agencies. Education requirement : Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering PE :

Preferred / highly desirable What a top applicant brings to the table : Candidates who have owned full site packages (grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater) and can manage from design through permitting/construction. Public + private sector experience is a plus.
