JOB SUMMARY

You will be the senior technical owner of MEV(modular edge vault) design, spanning the full stack: IT/compute layout, facilities electrical architecture, and liquid cooling systems reporting to the CTO. You will be instrumental in detailed design, vendor selection, and quotation-grade engineering so that executive leadership can focus on product strategy and high-level architecture. This role sits at the intersection of mission-critical facilities engineering and modern GPU infrastructure. You must be equally credible discussing chilled-water supply temperatures and CDU sizing as you are discussing rack-scale reference architectures and network topology implications.

WHY THIS ROLE

Greenfield ownership. You will be the technical authority on a product line, not one architect among dozens Speed . Factory manufacturing means your designs become physical product in months, not years Market timing. AI infrastructure demand is reshaping the industry, and modular deployment is where the growth is Executive access . You report directly to the executive driving this product line, with a direct path to grow the engineering organization as the product scales

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Own detailed design of modular data center vault products: floor plans and equipment layout, structural coordination with our precast engineering team, electrical one-lines and power distribution, and liquid cooling system design Maintain and evolve product alignment with NVIDIA reference architectures (HGX-class and rack-scale NVL platforms) Lead cooling and power vendor evaluation and selection — run structured RFIs, negotiate technical scope, and manage ongoing technical relationships with CDU, chiller, and rear-door heat exchanger vendors Develop and maintain product BOMs, cooling tonnage models, and power distribution models for standard configurations and custom deployments Work with Engineering and Product Management to produce quotation-grade engineering packages for customer opportunities, supporting sales on multi-vault campus deployments Serve as senior technical resource in customer and partner engagements — design reviews, site adaptation, interconnection and utility coordination questions Coordinate with in-house electrical contracting teams on integration, commissioning approach, and field installation standards File saved in:
