This position is responsible for leading and performing electrical installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance activities across industrial facilities throughout East Tennessee. Opportunity to advance into a Foreman role with a permanent company vehicle Key Responsibilities Install complete electrical systems for new and existing processing plants and production facilities. Install conduit, cable tray, power distribution systems, MCCs, transformers, motors, control panels, instrumentation, and field devices. Install and terminate power, control, communications, and fiber-optic cabling. Assist with PLC panel installation, I/O checkout, HMI installation, and control-system commissioning. Perform equipment startup, functional testing, and commissioning in coordination with engineering and operations teams. Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, control schematics, and construction documents. Coordinate electrical installation activities with customers, vendors, automation engineers, facility personnel, and project management. Ensure installations comply with applicable NEC, OSHA, MSHA, and customer safety requirements. Troubleshoot electrical and automation systems as needed. Provide support to field maintenance teams on complex electrical issues. Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate installation progress. Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience . Experience in industrial construction, electrical installation, or industrial maintenance. Strong knowledge of 480V three-phase power distribution, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems . Hands-on experience installing conduit, cable tray, wiring, and electrical equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and construction drawings. Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability and willingness to use hand tools, power tools, and other job-related equipment. Ability to work independently and travel to various project sites throughout East Tennessee. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Preferred Experience Industrial electrical installation and troubleshooting.
