Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will oversee construction from bid to completion, focusing on bridges, roadways, water systems, and wastewater facilities.
Key Responsibilities Project Oversight:
Manage schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance for infrastructure projects.
Financial Control:
Track project costs, manage cash flow, and approve subcontractor payments.
Team Leadership:
Direct field superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Client Relations:
Serve as primary contact for municipal, state (DOT), and private clients.
Contract Management:
Negotiate subcontracts, manage change orders, and resolve scope disputes.
Technical Review:
Interpret civil engineering drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
Permitting & Compliance:
Ensure full alignment with environmental, EPA, and DOT regulations.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction preferred.
Project Expertise:
Documented success managing bridge, highway, water, or wastewater utility projects. •Salary depends on experience!
