This leadership role is vital in ensuring the property remains in excellent condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and engineering activities across the hotel property
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of all equipment and facilities
- Manage maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and guest requests to minimize disruptions
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and improve guest experience
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance, engineering, or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Relevant certifications or licenses in facilities management or engineering preferred
