Job Description

What to Expect Tesla Energy is looking for an exceptional Engineering Leader for its operations. This role requires a strong technical contributor who can both execute and lead - balancing hands-on engineering work with building a high performing team. Role responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of overall equipment efficiency (OEE), development of mechanisms to foster continuous improvement, and performance management of teams.
