Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $105K-$150K (experience dependent) Bonus Plan Elligible $400/month car allowance (taxable) $400/month fuel reimbursement (non-taxable) 3 weeks PTO first year 401(k), medical, dental, vision This Mechanical Project Manager position is primarily site-based, not office-dependent, and offers a strong work-life balance (typically 40-50 hours/week). This Mechanical Project Manager role is ideal for someone who has worked their way up on the subcontractor side of mechanical construction and is comfortable owning both field execution and project financials. You will manage multiple projects ($5M+), work closely with superintendents and foremen, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Key responsibilities for this Mechanical Project Manager include: Managing schedules, RFIs, submittals, purchasing, manpower coordination, monthly billings, cost-to-complete forecasting, and pricing customer change orders. Strong experience with HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, and sheet metal is required. Financial ownership is critical, candidates must be confident managing budgets, billings, and monthly financial health reporting.
