What You'll Do Lead safety leadership efforts, ensuring safety is a core value and integrated into daily operations and decision‑making Own full P&L accountability for the Anchoring business, including revenue, margin, EBITDA, and continuous improvement results Manage operational excellence by implementing the EOS framework, fostering a culture of accountability, measurable KPIs, quarterly priorities, and disciplined execution Drive commercial strategy and performance, including market positioning, pricing discipline, margin management, and strategic customer focus Oversee and align sales, operations, engineering, and support functions to ensure commercial commitments are executable and profitable Establish and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, data‑driven decision‑making, and operational excellence Be the onsite visionary always looking to transform the business for growth Drive new product development strategy and implementation to support manufacturing capacity and customer needs What You'll Need 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineered products environments Proven experience leading a construction‑related, manufacturing, or engineered products business with full P&L accountability Strong background in general construction, with industry‑related experience preferred (anchoring systems, construction materials, engineered solutions, or similar technical products) Demonstrated ability to set and execute growth strategy that delivers measurable market expansion and profitability Experience leading organizations through EOS or similar operating systems, with strong discipline around execution and accountability High level of commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and capital decision‑making Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive level internally and externally Track record of building high‑performing teams and developing leaders Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement Experience in Transmission & Distribution, Utilities, or EPC firms is a plus Your Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
