Job Description

Job Summary Leads the design strategy for WM.com, partnering closely with cross functional stakeholders to align user experience, brand standards, and business goals. Guides design direction from concept through execution, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and customer centered digital presence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders—including IT, Customer Experience and Sales —to align on priorities and translate requirements into clear design direction. Lead and guide the digital design for WM.com, ensuring consistency with brand standards, business objectives, and customer experience goals. Provide strategic design leadership across campaigns, templates, and site experiences, balancing creative excellence with scalability and performance. Review, influence, and approve digital design work to ensure high quality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to established design systems and guidelines. Serve as a design subject matter expert for WM.com, advising stakeholders on best practices, tradeoffs, and experience implications. Guide the evolution of digital design patterns, components, and standards to support ongoing optimization and future site growth. Collaborate with development teams to ensure design intent is accurately executed across responsive and localized experiences. Use data, testing insights, and user feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve engagement and conversion on WM.com. Communicate design direction clearly through documentation, reviews, and presentations, driving alignment and efficient decision making across teams. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or related degree, or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and (4) years of relevant work experience. 10+ years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
