Employment:
Full-Time Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects throughout the Houston area. This role will manage projects from initial planning and design through permitting, construction, and closeout, while serving as a primary point of contact for clients and project teams. Responsibilities Manage civil engineering projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Lead land development, site development, public works, roadway, drainage, and utility projects. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal engineering teams. Oversee preparation and review of plans, specifications, reports, and technical documents. Manage project scopes, proposals, contracts, and change orders. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and EITs. Maintain client relationships and assist with business development. Ensure projects meet applicable Houston-area, Texas, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5+ years of civil engineering/project management experience. Texas PE license preferred/required , depending on project focus. Experience with land development, public works, infrastructure, drainage, roadway, or utilities . Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office . Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams #
RMIND Pay:
$95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
