Table:

Proven expertise in quality assurance methodologies, including ISO, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing QA team. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and create control plans, SOPs, and quality documentation. Skilled in handling nonconformance issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Excellent communication skills to engage with production, engineering, vendors, and customers effectively. Experience managing supplier quality, quarantine areas, and field returns. Nice to

Have Skills:

Six Sigma Master or Black-belt certification. Experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with calibration standards and field failure investigations.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Degree in a relevant field coupled with Quality Certifications or Data Analysis expertise. Prior experience in Quality Engineering and process improvement initiatives.
