Required Skills:

Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with at least 5 years of industry experience. Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes. Experience with scaffolding, painting, insulating, rigging/lifting crafts, welding, fabrication, and machining work planning. Proficiency with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure. Preferred Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED; technical degree or similar education a plus. Minimum of 5+ years of maintenance experience within the oil and gas or petrochemical industries utilizing SAP.

Other Requirements:

Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card. Valid state-issued driver's license. Ability to work M-F, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, with limited overtime. Local candidates only; no relocation allowance offered. This position is primarily desk-based with minimal field work, focusing on planning and coordination. Duration of approximately 18 months, with potential reevaluation based on performance.
