PrideStaff is working with a local valve manufacturing facility in search of a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and build its Engineering department. The Senior Engineering Manager will utilize Engineering principles to provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products, ranging from small component design to extremely large complex valves. The Senior Engineering Manager will work on Projects from the design stage to final validation testing and field performance. The ideal Senior Engineering Manager is self-driven, and has an excellent understanding of design modification processes, quality control, and process optimization.
