Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited, working at ExxonMobil facilities with both ExxonMobil employees and other contractors. Overview Plan the end of field life for onshore Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) assets and build the scopes of work to retire them. You work closely with Wells, Land, Commercial, Law, Regulatory, Finance, and Global Operations, and you draw on their expertise to get each project done. Responsibilities Support End of Field Life Planning optimization and development, including Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO) development and updates Develop scopes of work for onshore facility decommissioning, demolition, and site reclamation Support annual ABEX budget development and planning Lead the development of ABEX project gate deliverables as appropriate Act as the integrator across Wells, Operations, Environmental Solutions, Law, Land & Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory Support transitions between project stages and keep every stage aligned with EM standards and processes Apply onshore regulatory requirements to project planning and execution Own the overall budget and schedule Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering, or a related field 5-10 years of oil and gas experience, with a focus on onshore facilities, production engineering, or upstream unconventional Hands-on project management experience in onshore facility demolition, site reclamation, or production engineering Working knowledge of onshore regulations that govern decommissioning and reclamation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders Preferred Skills Onshore decommissioning planning or execution Onshore facility demolition and reclamation project delivery Familiarity with surface facility abandonment, including tanks, pipelines, and gathering systems Not a fit for this role Offshore or subsea decommissioning Plug and abandonment (P&A) focused experience without onshore facility or reclamation work Looking for meaningful work?
