Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Utilities & Excavation Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects with a focus on utilities, excavation, and site development. The ideal candidate will have 4 + years of experience managing civil construction projects from start to finish.
