This role will focus on aligning engineering initiatives with business goals, optimizing processes, and mentoring a high-performing team. Position Responsibilities Engineering Leadership & Strategy Provide leadership and direction for all engineering activities. Develop and implement engineering strategies that support business objectives and growth. Establish performance metrics and monitor team productivity and project success. Project Oversight & Technical Excellence Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices. Promote innovative solutions and continuous improvement across projects. Team Development & Collaboration Mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff to achieve high performance. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented engineering culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, and Quality, to align engineering efforts with company goals. Process Optimization & Operational Support Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes and workflows. Implement systems and tools to enhance efficiency and project delivery. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in senior engineering leadership roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certifications. Project management or industry-specific engineering certifications.
