Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing engineering team and drive continuous improvement across our production operations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader, who excels at problem‑solving, team development and process optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team
• Improve and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Purchasing to resolve production challenges
• Oversee capital equipment projects from justification through installation
• Support new product introduction and scaling activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities
• Ability to work as a team player and collaborate across departments
