NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (NATO SACT) is seeking contract support in coordinating, planning, and executing Digital Backbone demonstration, test, and experimentation (DTE) events including DiBaX and CWIX. This senior-level position requires expertise in technical event planning, project management, and military communications network technologies. The candidate will work directly with event directors and coordinate across multiple NATO entities including
HQ SACT, NATO
HQ, NCIA, and ACO to define event objectives, develop project plans, and manage event execution from planning through post-event reporting.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management Minimum 5 years in the last 10 years in technical event planning, design, and execution 3 years in the last 10 years with deployment of civilian standards-based wireless communications, autonomous systems, or community of interest services 3 years in the last 10 years with knowledge and application of project management Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent 3 years operational knowledge of military communications network technologies within the last 10 years (as military officer or civilian) 3 years in the last 10 years in application of event management toolsets Valid passport and ability to travel internationally within NATO boundaries
Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required/Desired:
Experience working with NATO organizations and procedures Knowledge of Next Generation Communications technologies Experience with 5G networks and advanced wireless technologies Familiarity with

framework Experience coordinating multi-national events Understanding of military operational requirements and capability development Experience with DiBaX or CWIX events Exceptional project management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to coordinate across multiple international stakeholders Experience with event management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Cultural awareness and ability to work in multi-national environments
