Nightwing is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Facilities and Project Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day management of site operations while leading facility improvement and infrastructure projects. This dual-role position ensures the facility remains safe, compliant, and efficient while driving initiatives that enhance building systems, operational performance, and mission readiness. The ideal candidate combines operational leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to successfully deliver facility and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation. This role is responsible for maintaining facility systems and project assets in optimal working condition through proactive oversight, preventive maintenance, and timely response to operational and facility requirements. The Facilities and Project Site Lead partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are executed efficiently while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.Clearance Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:
- + Plan and schedulepreventativemaintenance tasks, ensuring they are effectively assigned to and completed by thevendors and facilitiesteam + Oversee and coordinate renovation projects to ensuretimelydelivery of fully functional, operational spaces that meet the needs of the end users
- Facilities Site Lead Responsibilities
- + Oversee all aspects of facility operations including maintenance, security, space planning, and vendor management + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.
- Project Lead Responsibilities
- + Lead cross-functional technical projects involving engineering, IT, construction, or infrastructure upgrades + Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with organizational goals + Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet technical requirements and milestones + Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with organizational goals + Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet technical requirements and milestones + Track project progress and report status to senior stakeholders,identifyingand mitigating risks + Manage documentation, change orders, and stakeholdercommunicationacross the project lifecycle + Support the introduction ofnew technologies, systems, or tools within the site environment + Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including Design, Construction, and Closeout.
Qualifications:
- + Bachelor'sdegree in engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + 12+ years of experience in facilities operations, engineering project management, or related roles + Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) + Proventrack recordmanaging complex technical or infrastructure projects + Experience with project management tools and software (e.

- The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
