We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical scopes on commercial, industrial, and healthcare construction projects. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee mechanical design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong mechanical and project management skills, the ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams, and experience with new build/ground-up construction. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of the mechanical scope (HVAC, plumbing, piping, fire protection, and related systems) from preconstruction through closeout.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls; forecast and report on project financial performance.

Manage mechanical subcontractors and vendors: select, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.

Coordinate with design teams, general contractors, electrical and other trades to resolve design and site coordination issues. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager on mechanical/construction projects; demonstrated leadership on commercial, industrial or healthcare projects.

Proven technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping and mechanical systems and interrelationships with electrical and building systems.

Strong project management skills including scheduling, cost control, contract administration, change management and risk mitigation.

Experience with new build/ground-up construction and commercial/hospital/healthcare environments is highly desirable.
