Our client, an industry leader in aerospace engineering, is seeking an Aerospace Program Manager to join their dedicated team. As an Aerospace Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the project execution and cross-functional coordination supporting engineering, operations, IT, quality, finance, and business teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Oversee schedules, milestones, and budgets to ensure customer and organizational objectives are met. Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams to drive program success. Identify potential program risks and develop actionable mitigation plans to minimize impact. Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams, external partners, and key aerospace clients to ensure clear communication and alignment. Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet organizational strategic priorities and client expectations. What's Needed? University degree (Bachelor's) with 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 to 5+ years of experience. Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering environments. Strong capability in cost and schedule management, proposal preparation, and risk mitigation strategies. Excellent leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills.
