This role sits within a flagship R D site in Redmond, supporting cutting-edge innovation within a highly technical and demanding facility. Your New Role As Engineering Manager, you will take full ownership of maintenance and operations for a complex critical facility. Leading a high-performing engineering team, you will ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient running of all building systems, infrastructure, and mission-critical equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day engineering operations across the site Managing preventative and reactive maintenance programs Ensuring uptime and reliability of critical systems (power, cooling, HVAC, life safety, etc.) Leading, developing, and mentoring a multi-skilled engineering team Driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and best practices Managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and compliance standards Supporting capital projects, upgrades, and system enhancements Ensuring all work meets safety, regulatory, and client requirements This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and technical depth.
