Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, an upscale, resort-style community for active adults aged 55 and over, is looking for a vibrant and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team! today!

What You'll Do:

Lead dynamic, safe, and entertaining group fitness classes. Build positive relationships with members to inspire ongoing participation. Adapt intensity and modify exercises to suit individual needs. Stay on top of fitness trends and maintain expertise in anatomy, kinesiology, and safe exercise practices for active older adults.

What We're Looking For:

A current CPR/AED certification. Experience or training in working with active older adults. A friendly, outgoing personality that can light up a room! Specialty certifications (like Barre, Step, Hip Hop or Kick Boxing) are a bonus! Why Join Trilogy at Redmond Ridge? Compensation and Employment Options:

$40/per hour. Candidates have the flexibility to choose between being an employee of HOAMCO or working as an Independent Contractor , depending on what best fits your needs and career goals.
